Product Introduction
The grating-type dial indicator calibration instrument utilizes advanced photoelectric, electromechanical, and grating technologies. Following the latest national calibration procedures, it semi-automatically calibrates various dial indicators, lever indicators, internal diameter gauges, and special types of indicators. It automatically processes data according to national metrological verification procedures, and prints calibration records and results. (With optional calibration software connected to a computer, all calibration data can be saved, queried, modified, and printed, enabling automated management of calibration data and accelerating the calibration process. The instrument can still be used independently even with the optional calibration software.) This instrument includes a grating sensor, electronic control box, calibration fixture, miniature printer, and calibration software (computer and printer are optional or provided by the user).

Standard Configuration:
1. Semi-automatic calibration of dial indicators, micrometer indicators, lever indicators, and internal diameter gauges strictly according to the latest national calibration procedures;
2. Semi-automatic calibration of large-range dial indicators (measuring range 0-50mm series) according to the latest national calibration procedures;
3. Semi-automatic calibration of the above types of digital indicators;
4. Semi-automatic calibration of the above types of imperial indicators (A, C series);
5. Over-tolerance warning function during the calibration process;
6. Automatic processing and judgment of calibration data, and printing of current calibration results.
Additional functions with optional computer calibration software:
1. Semi-automatic calibration of mechanical comparators and torsion spring comparators (B, C series);
2. Display and print historical records, including tables and curves of calibration point error data, various indicated value errors required by the procedures, and calibration results judged according to the procedures;
3. Query and manage calibration records by indicator type, manufacturer, serial number, calibrator, submitting unit, equipment number, calibration date, and expiration date;
4. Select multiple records from the database for batch printing of calibration records or calibration certificates;
5. Export calibration data to a Word document;
6. Database backup and restore functions.

1. The format of calibration records and certificates can be customized according to customer's specific requirements.
2. Calibration standards can be customized according to customer needs.
